Avenger Theater is dedicated to teaching students about the many facets of the theatrical arts. The members include performers, designers, stage crew, prop crafters and scenic artists. Past performances at East Greenwich High School have drawn nearly 2500 audience members to the annual musical, cabaret, and talent show events. A heartfelt thank you to all the families and businesses in East Greenwich who have supported us in so many ways over the years.
It’s now more important than ever to invest in these in-person, community-building, life-affirming experiences for our students. With the challenges of the last few years, the theater is rebuilding so that we can grow our group again while giving as many students as possible the opportunity to participate. As a school-sponsored academic club, there is no fee for students to participate; and we rely on the support of our community to make the magic happen.
